This development is currently under construction and due for completion in Q2 2018.  

The building will provide 110,000 sq ft of prime river front office accommodation, which is being developed by Hibernia REIT Plc.  

1 SJRQ has been designed by award winning architects Henry J Lyons to BCO “Best Practice and Specification” standard offering highly efficient floor plates and modern amenities, and targeting LEED Gold accreditation. 

The building benefits from column free floor plates with 15m spans, offering flexibility to an incoming occupier.  

Ample external areas are provided including a statement entrance courtyard area which leads into a large internal lobby area where a 24 meter high atrium draws vertical light deep into the building lobby and common areas.  

In addition to the office accommodation above ground, extensive Tenant amenities will be provided in the basement including a 2,000 sq ft gym, shower and changing room facilities and ample bike and car parking.
