Bolands Quay is a pioneering, campus style development in this twenty year story or urban renewal and regeneration. 

Designed to reflect the refract the natural light, the building facades will feature semi-glazed terracotta tiles on the dominant elevations facing the canal dock, with the warmer palette used on the lower elevations – both colour palettes nodding to the hues in the original stonework of the pre-existing heritage buildings.

Bolands Quay occupies a landmark position in the heart of the South Docklands, Dublin’s premium office location. Companies in the immediate vicinity include Google, Facebook, capita, 3, State Street, Matheson, PwC and McCann Fitzgerald.
