Description
Planning permission has been granted to develop a second phase of Grade A offices at the award winning business park creating an additional 180,000 sq ft of LEED Gold/BER A2 standard office space.
Phase 1 at Waterside comprises 220,000 sq ft of Grade A office buildings which were developed to the highest standard of design within Citywest, with stone cladding, full height glazed facades and enhanced energy efficiency.
The quality of these buildings attracted leading international businesses to Waterside including SAP, Fidelity, Glanbia and Astellas.
The next phase of development will build on the schemes initial success by creating additional high quality office space and providing significant employee amenities including shower facilities, locker rooms, bike parking and an on-site café.
