Description

Currently under construction, Coopers Cross is set to provide a new urban quarter in the heart of the Dublin Docklands. Totalling 1 million sq ft, this mixed use campus will include approximately 400,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation combined with 471 apartments and a range of retail, restaurants and leisure offerings designed around the largest park in the North Docklands extending to 1 acre, for tenants to enjoy. A campus environment will be delivered at Coopers Cross creating a lively environment for office employees, residents and visitors to enjoy.

Two six storey office buildings will be delivered fronting onto Mayor Street. Building 1 extends to approximately 100,000 sq ft and Building 2 extends to approximately 300,000 sq ft. Building 2 will provide large floor plates extending up to 46,000 sq ft and includes two external reception entrances at both Garden Level and on Mayor Street. Both reception entrances of Building 2 connect to a 4,000 sq ft townhall space containing a café and stepped bleacher seating area, which will offer foster collaboration and provide a unique gathering place for tenants to enjoy both for informal meetings or dedicated events.

The exhibition space, located at basement level, can be entered externally via the Garden Street or through the main cores of both buildings. At 10,000 sq ft with a 12ft floor to ceiling height, this unique space is open to many engaging uses for occupiers such as a staff canteen, leisure facility or large meeting/training area.

Sustainability and wellness are important design objectives of the development targeting LEED Platinum, BREAAM Outstanding, Wired Score Platinum, Smart Score Platinum and Well Platinum certifications. Each building includes high quality tenant amenities such as showers, changing rooms, drying room, 744 bicycle parking spaces and 82 car parking spaces.
